Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors (Category C-2 or above) for the procurement of work: "Construction of Rescue 1122 offices at G-11, I-14/2, I-9 and Model Town Hummak, Islamabad." Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and CDA regulations.
