Tender — Supply of Fresh Ration (Vegetables & Fruits) | Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi, Mansehra

Issuer: Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi, Mansehra. Sealed tenders (inclusive of all taxes) are invited from sole distributors/contractors (authorized dealers) for supply of fresh ration (vegetables & fruits).

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

- Bidders must be duly registered firms with Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

- Bid Bond: submit a Call Deposit, Demand Draft or Pay Order for the amount shown above in favour of the Principal, Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi, Mansehra.

- Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and be inclusive of all applicable taxes; bids quoting without taxes will not be considered.

- An affidavit on stamp paper is required confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government department.

- All pages of bidding documents must be signed and stamped by the authorized signatory. No cutting/overwriting or manipulation; such bids may be rejected.

- Bid validity period: 4 months.

- No transportation, carriage or mobilization charges will be paid for supply to the designated place.

- Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted and will be returned at time of opening.

- The Tender Opening Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, giving reasons if desired in writing.

Collection of tender documents: Tender documents can be obtained from Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi, Mansehra during office hours on payment of the non-refundable tender fee (Pay Order / Bank Draft / Cash in favour of the Principal, PSCC Batrasi) with effect from 4 days after the date of publication of this notice.

Submission & opening: Bids must reach the college office by 11:30 hrs on 2026-07-27. Bids will be opened at 12:00 hrs on the same day in the Conference Room, PSCC Batrasi Mansehra, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
