Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, C&W Division Kohistan Upper invites electronic bids (Single Stage Single Envelope on EPADS) from eligible firms/contractors for emergency road works in District Kohistan Upper for 2026–27 under AOM&R funds (removal of snow, landslides & slips) on a fixed lump-sum basis.

How to apply / documents: Bid documents and instructions can be obtained from the office or downloaded from the C&W website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) and KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk) before the submission date/time. Complete details of Bid Security must be submitted in the shape of CDR (include Bank Name, CDR Number(s) and Date(s)) electronically along with the e-bid on EPADS.
Eligibility & registration: Bidders must meet the required PEC category and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013 (Act XXII of 2013).
Minimum equipment required (to be verifiable by certificate of ownership): Excavator — 03 Nos.; Tractor (4-wheel) — 03 Nos.; Front Shovel — 01 No. (contractor to provide machinery in working condition and may be inspected during contract period).
Key contract terms: Contractor will be informed of emergency tasks by C&W Kohistan Upper (telephone/WhatsApp/fax) and is bound to comply. Contractor must clear roads within C&W jurisdiction and remove debris, obstructions, landslides, snow or any other material causing vehicular traffic blockage. Contractor must open an office in each Tehsil and provide a telephone number and address. Failure to comply with the specified conditions may result in penalties or deductions.
Payment & duration: Contract remains in force up to 2026-12-31. Payment procedure (subject to availability of funds): 70% payment during last week of September 2026 and 30% payment during last week of December 2026.
Bid opening venue: Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Highway Division Kohistan Upper.
Note: All bidders must follow KPPRA procurement rules and relevant notifications (including SOR(14)/Vol-I:24/2021-22 dated 10/05/2022).
