WSSC Abbottabad Tender: Fabrication of 7 m³ Compactor (Chassis Provided)

Issuer: Water & Sanitation Services Company (WSSC) Abbottabad, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Single-stage, single-envelope tender invited through EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) under KPPRA Rules, 2014 for fabrication of vehicles/equipment in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority procedures.

Eligibility: Licensed/certified fabricators registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the applicable category or above with specialized fabrication code ME-06 (or equivalent), valid NTN and KPRA registration, and active filing status on FBR-ATL for NTN & KPRA.

Key conditions and instructions:

• Complete bid documents available from the office of the undersigned (09:00–17:00, Mon–Fri) from date of appearance on the KPPRA website and downloadable from EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk).
• Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) payable in the name of Chief Executive Officer WSSCA to Bank of Khyber A/C No. (0043)002006320317, Manshehra Road, Abbottabad. Copy of fee receipt to be uploaded with the bid.
• Bid security: 4% of the bid must be uploaded on EPADS and the original delivered to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer WSSC Abbottabad before bid closing. Additional bid security conditions per KPPRA Notification No. SRO(14)/Vol-1-24/2021-22 dated May 10, 2022 or latest.
• Quoted rates to remain valid for 90 or 120 days from bid closing.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-27 at 11:00 at the WSSC office.
• Submission deadline: All tenders must be uploaded through EPADS before 11:30 AM on 2026-08-04. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-04 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of procurement committee and bidders or their representatives.
• Quoted bids shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, levies and duties. Rest of terms & conditions as per bidding documents.
