Tender: Construction of CSSD Hall for Operation Theaters — Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad

Office of the Hospital Director, Ayub Teaching Hospital (MTI-Ayub Teaching Hospital), Abbottabad invites bids from eligible firms/bidders in accordance with KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for the project listed below. Important notes:

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-27 at 10:00 Hrs in the Conference Room of the Hospital Director's Office.

- Tender documents: Scan copies of original documents must be uploaded to EPADS. Original documents including original receipt of tender fee (Rs. 1,500 non-refundable) and original bid security must reach the undersigned in sealed/marked form before the closing date and time. Failure to submit required original documents physically before the closing date/time may lead to disqualification.

- The complete tendering process will be carried out through EPADS. Interested bidders are requested to register on EPADS and submit bids through the EPADS system only.

- If the tender opening date is declared a public/gazetted holiday or the office remains closed for any reason, the tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue without change in terms and conditions of the tender.
