Tender: Green Retrofitting of Schools & Hospitals in Upper & Lower Chitral — Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan

Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) invites sealed bids for the project “Energy Plus - Green Retrofitting of Public Buildings (Schools & Hospitals) in the Upper & Lower Districts of Chitral” (CHT-EP/GR-26/05). Works cover four complete facilities in Upper Chitral; bidders must apply for one complete facility or all four — partial bids will be rejected. Eligible contractors must be registered with tax authorities and Pakistan Engineering Council (Category C-5 or above) and be on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (if applicable).

Bidding follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidding documents (BoQs, drawings, evaluation criteria, terms) are available on request by email. Sealed bids must reach the AKAHP Chitral Office by 2026-08-04 before 14:30; bids will be opened the same day at 14:30.
