IESCO Request for Bids — Civil Works (NCC-239) for 132kV Grid Station Control Room & Switchyard Extension

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) — IESCO-PMU.

Purpose: Procurement of civil works for construction of line bays and extension of control room and switch yard at a 132kV grid station under the cost deposit head for FY 2026-27.

Procurement method: Single-Stage, Single-Envelope adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant regulations.

Key instructions and requirements:

Bids must be accompanied by required bid security in an acceptable form (Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, etc.). Bidding documents and specifications are available on the e-procurement system (EPADS v2.0). Bidders shall obtain and submit bids in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and applicable procurement rules.

Submission & opening: Bids are to be submitted as instructed in the bidding documents via the EPADS e-bidding platform; bid opening will be carried out as per the timelines specified in the procurement documents.
