Procurement Procedure: Single Stage Two-Envelope via ePADS (electronic bidding). Works financed under KP Provincial ADP scheme for Uplifting/Beautification Activities including infrastructure improvement, monuments, street lights & green space.

How to apply: Download bidding documents from ePADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and KP-PPRA (www.kppra.gov.pk). Eligible contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must submit Technical and Financial Bids through ePADS. Financial proposals/bid securities should be delivered to the Office of the Assistant Director, Bannu, via registered courier before the submission deadline.

Key deadlines and conditions:

• Last date & time for submission of electronic tender: 2026-08-06 at 12:00 PM.
• Last date & time for online clarifications: 2026-07-31 at 05:00 PM.
• Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened after technical evaluation; date/time will be communicated later.
• Bid security shall be submitted as a call deposit in favor of Assistant Director (Senior), LG&RDD H.Q Bannu, prepared after publication of the NIT and before bid closing time.
• Bids remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
• Technical proposals must be numbered with a table of contents; cutting/overwriting is not acceptable.
• In case of tie, award may be decided by a free toss.
