Bidding documents and instructions may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer or downloaded from the C&W website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) prior to the submission deadline. Bidders must upload complete BOQs and submit bids electronically via the e-PADs portal.
Bid security and low-bid conditions: Contractors quoting bids up to 10% below the Engineer's estimate are required to submit bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer's estimate. Bidders quoting substantially below the estimate must furnish additional unconditional security or the bid may be declared non-responsive as per the detailed conditions in the tender documents.
