Auction: Disposal of Used Oils and Scrap Gas Equipment at W-H Chashma Site, Mianwali

The Water-Hydraulics (W-H) Site Office, Chashma Barrage Complex, District Mianwali invites sealed quotations for the disposal of listed items on an "as is where is" basis. Interested parties may inspect items and obtain tender documents as described below.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Tender documents can be purchased from the W-H site office for Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable).

- Items may be inspected at the W-H Chashma Site, Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 15:00 hrs. Visitors must bring original CNIC at the time of inspection for security clearance.

- All quotations must be submitted sealed. Each quotation must be accompanied by a copy of CNIC, phone/cell number and firm details. The envelope should be clearly marked: "Quotation for Scrap Items."

- Call deposit of 10% of the quoted price as earnest money (refundable) in favour of Manager (Accounts), Site Office is mandatory with the quotation.

- Sealed quotations, with required documentation, must reach the W-H Site Office, Chashma within 20 days after the date of advertisement. Quotations will be opened at the Abaseen Club, Chashma Colony, Mianwali in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

- The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25% of the offered value as advance (in cash/CDR) and pay the balance and applicable taxes within the period specified in the contract; failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the offer.

- Rates should state clearly whether GST is included or excluded. If GST status is not specified, the quoted rate will be treated as inclusive of GST.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per prevailing rules. Tender details may also be available on the PPRA website.
