CDA Road Division-I Tender: Rehabilitation of Approach Road (IT Park) — Kurri Road to Zong HQ, Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA), Road Division-I, invites electronic bids from eligible Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms (Category C-6 or above) holding Project Code CE-01 for the year 2026-27. Bidding will follow Single-Stage, One-Envelope Procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA e-PADs portal.

Submission & Documents: Bids must be submitted online through the PPRA e-PADs / eprocure portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Bidding documents are available on the portal and no hard copies will be issued. Only firms registered on e-PADs are eligible.

Bid Security & Supporting Documents: Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security (Pay Order / CDR) drawn from the bidder's own account in favor of Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA. A scanned copy of the Bid Security (PDF) must be uploaded on e-PADs; the original Bid Security plus attested copies of valid PEC registration certificate, CNIC and tax registration certificate must be submitted in the office of Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA before bid opening.

Key Dates & Opening: Deadline for online submission: 2026-07-30 at 11:30 hrs (manual bids will not be entertained). Bids will be opened through e-PADs at 12:00 noon on the same day in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives at the office of Director Roads, CDA, Islamabad.

Important Notes: Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information will be liable to legal action and disqualification. The Authority reserves the right to reject bids as per the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
