Key procurement instructions:
- Bidding will follow Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules (Amended 2004).
- Interested bidders must register on ePADS 2.0 and submit bids electronically through the ePADS portal before the prescribed closing date/time. Manual bids will not be accepted.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount shown above. Original Bid Security (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan) must be provided as required; bid security must be valid for 150 days after opening. Bid validity is 120 days.
- Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Office of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan.
