The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Government of Pakistan, invites e-bids from eligible firms for the hiring of a Public Relations and Communication Firm for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope (Quality and Cost Based Selection) under the Public Procurement Rules.
