Re-Bidding Notice: E-Bidding for Sanitation & Drainage Works — LG&RDD Tehsil (HQ) Mardan

Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil (HQ) District Mardan invites re-bidding through the ePADS electronic platform for sanitation and related civil works. Only government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible to participate.

How to apply / important instructions:

- Download bidding documents and tender form from the official ePADS website and submit electronic bids through ePADS.

- Original electronic tender documents must be submitted by 2026-08-03 at 11:00 AM as per the notice; electronic opening will follow at 12:00 PM the same day.

- Bid security / earnest money: 2% of the estimated cost (as shown above) in the form required by the NIT (call deposit in favor of Assistant Director (Senior) LG&RDD Tehsil (HQ) Mardan as applicable).

- Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the relevant departmental enlistment authority as specified. Submission and other procedures will follow relevant KPPRA/ePADS circulars referenced in the notice.
