DPO Muzaffargarh E-Tender Notice for Supply of Miscellaneous, IT, Stationery & Repair Services – Closing 2026-08-03

District Police Officer (DPO) Muzaffargarh invites electronic bids (E-Bids) for the purchase/provision of miscellaneous items including computer & stationery items, printing, hardware & software, transport items, repair of furniture, machinery & government buildings, and other store items on a framework contract for Financial Year 2026–2027.

Eligibility: Firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers/distributors engaged in the relevant trade and registered with the appropriate Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax where applicable) may participate. Bidders must provide 2% bid security of the estimated amount for the lot being bid.

Bid Submission & Opening:

• E-Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-03 by 11:00 AM (local time)
• E-Bid opening: 2026-08-03 at 11:30 AM (local time)

Procurement procedure and conditions: Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement/e-bidding system in accordance with applicable PPRA/Punjab e-procurement rules.
