Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony invites applications from prospective new entrant companies for Pre-Registration Clearance Certificate (PRCC) to be accredited as Private Hajj Operators (Munazimien) for Hajj-2027 under the Private Hajj Policy of Pakistan 2027–2030.
Applications will be assessed on the Prospective Capability Matrix (PCM) focusing on prospective capability, financial capacity and organizational readiness. Applicants are NOT required to submit evidence of past Hajj operational experience or Saudi-side contracts. The PCM and assessment criteria are available for download from the Ministry website.
