Purpose: Consideration of the applicant's request for grant of licence under the Natural Gas Regulatory Authority (Licensing) Rules, 2002 to undertake the regulated activity of transportation and sale of natural gas. The application (dated 09-12-2024) states a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with United Energy Pakistan Limited (UEPL) to source gas from Tibri Gas Field, to be supplied to nominated consumers under Gas Sale Agreements (GSAs) in Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Sindh and the Federal Capital.
