Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony invites applications from prospective new entrant companies for accreditation as Private Hajj Operators (Munazimeen) for Hajj-2027 under the Private Hajj Policy of Pakistan 2027–2030. Applications will be assessed against the Prospective Capability Matrix (PCM) on prospective capability, financial capacity and organisational readiness. Applicants are not required to furnish evidence of past Hajj operational experience or Saudi-side contracts; the PCM is available for download from the ministry website: www.mora.gov.pk.
