MEPCO Invitation to E-Bids 2.0 — Multiple Electrical Panels, Isolators & Metering Panels (07 Aug 2026)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids (E-Bids 2.0, NCB) for supply of electrical equipment as per the MEPCO Annual Procurement Plan for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS 2.0 e-procurement portal and submit bids electronically. The single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 (Amended 2018). Manual bids will not be accepted.

Key submission and eligibility notes:

• All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS 2.0 before the stated closing times. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Bids must be accompanied by the original Bid Security/Guarantee in acceptable form (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank) for the fixed amount shown, valid for 150 days after opening of bids.
• Bids shall remain valid for 120 days after the bid opening date. Bidders shall ensure compliance with the detailed terms and conditions available in the bidding documents on EPADS and MEPCO websites.
• Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the time(s) shown above.
