The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Islamabad, invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible firms registered on EPADS for the provision of non-consultancy services for the hiring of a Public Relations and Communication Firm. Procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using Quality and Cost Based (QCBS) evaluation.
