NIH Islamabad Tender Notice – Calibration Services & Enterprise Firewall (Submission by 2026-08-10)

National Institute of Health (Purchase & Procurement Department), Islamabad invites sealed bids from original manufacturers/authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and PPRA/EPADS for the procurement packages listed below. Bidding will be carried out under a single stage, single envelope procedure. Bidders must upload bids on the PPRA e-Portal (EPADS new version 2.0) and submit the original bid security/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / demand draft to the Office of Director Purchase & Procurement, NIH before bid opening; bids without required original documents will not be entertained. Bids will be opened in the Conference Room of NIH in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Important instructions: Upload bids on PPRA EPADS (new version 2.0). Original bid security / CDR or demand draft must be delivered to the Office of Director Purchase & Procurement, NIH, Chak Shahzad, Park Road, Islamabad prior to opening.
