FESCO Tender Notice – Supply of Power Distribution Materials & Scrap Recycling (Faisalabad)

Issuer: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO). Inviting e-bids under Single-Stage-One-Envelope procedure from WAPDA/PPMC/DISCO-approved manufacturers, duly prequalified/registered in the required category for supply of various electrical distribution materials, consumables and recycling of ACSR scrap into conductors. Bidders must submit bids through EPADS v2.0 and comply with PPRA rules and the tender documents.

How to apply and important notes:

- E-bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 (www.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before the specified receiving deadline for each lot. Electronic bids will be opened as per the published schedule in the office of the Director (Material Management), FESCO Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.

- Original bid security / bank guarantee must be submitted in the office before the online submission deadline, otherwise the electronic bid will not be opened.

- Only firms prequalified in the relevant category and having valid prototype approval for conductor are eligible where specified. Bidders should consult the tender documents for detailed specifications, quantities, lot breakdown, terms & conditions, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
