Clifton Cantonment Board: Proposed Commercial High-Rise at Plot 35-D, Block 9, D.A. Scheme-5

The Clifton Cantonment Board has received an application from Messrs Oil & Gas Development Limited, through Administrator Mr. Agha Mansoor Haider, seeking approval of proposed building plans for a commercial high-rise on Plot No. 35-D, Block-9, D.A. Scheme-5, Clifton (Karachi), on a site of 986.28 square yards. The proposed building comprises basement(s), ground floor, first to 14th floors, including stairways and a lift machine room.

Stakeholders or affected parties, if any, must submit written, substantiated and valid objections to the Clifton Cantonment Board office within 15 days of this notice's publication; objections received after the prescribed period will not be considered.
