The Executive Engineer, Buildings CW, PP&H Department, District Sohbatpur notifies M/S Sarfraz Ahmed Government Contractor that four school works awarded in the Financial Year 2025-2026 remain incomplete: construction of a classroom and boundary wall at GBPS Dr. Ghulam Nabi Gajani; repair of GBPS Muhammad Bakhsh Gajani; construction of one classroom at GGPS KG Juma Khan; and construction of two classrooms at GBHS Manjhipur.
The contractor is formally directed to resume the pending works within seven (07) days from the notice date (PRQ No.405/27-07-2026), failing which the contract will be cancelled, the security deposit forfeited, and blacklisting/debarment proceedings initiated under Rule 23(1d) of the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules.
