Auction of Commercial Plots for Shops in Mithi by Sindh Small Industries Corporation

Sindh Small Industries Corporation (SSIC), Hyderabad invites participation in a public auction for commercial plots to be used for shops in Mithi. The plots will be allotted on a lease-rights basis for a period of 90 years.

Participants must deposit an earnest amount of Rs. 50,000 per plot before the start of the auction. Successful bidders must pay a portion of the total bid on the auction day and the balance within 30 days; failure to comply will lead to forfeiture of the deposited amount and cancellation of allotment.
