SBP-BSC Rawalpindi Invitation to Bid for Disposal of Miscellaneous Items – bids due 2020-08-05

Issuer: State Bank of Pakistan – Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC), Rawalpindi. SBP-BSC Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from interested parties (tax filers) for disposal of miscellaneous items lying at SBP-BSC Rawalpindi on an "as is where is" basis.

Inspection: Interested bidders may inspect the items on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 04:00 PM. Detailed terms, conditions and lot-wise information can be downloaded free of cost from www.sbp.org.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.

Submission & bidding procedure:

• Bids must be submitted as sealed offers to the Manager, SBP-BSC Rawalpindi.
• Security deposit must be submitted in the form of pay order / demand draft (cash not acceptable). Exact security deposit amounts and estimated disposal values are provided in the bidding documents.
• Prospective bidders may bid for any single or multiple lots. The highest evaluated bidder for a lot will be treated as the successful bidder.
• The successful bidder must deposit 100% of the offered price by pay order/demand draft (from a scheduled bank) within the timeframe specified in the bidding documents following notification of award; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and re-offer of the lot.
• Removal of items will be the responsibility and cost of the successful bidders within the period specified by the Bank after payment.

• Bid opening: 2020-08-05 at 11:30 AM (bidders or their authorized representatives may attend).
