PMDFC Invitation for Listing of Manufacturers of RCC Sewerage Pipes with Inner HDPE Lining

Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) invites applications from reputed manufacturers for listing as suppliers of reinforced concrete (RCC) sewerage pipes with integrally cast inner HDPE lining for municipal infrastructure under the upcoming Punjab Inclusive Program to be implemented in 16 cities of Punjab. Eligible manufacturers must demonstrate ISO 9001 quality management, compliance with applicable ASTM and other standards through accredited test reports, adequate manufacturing facilities and capacity, past project experience, valid business registration/tax documents, and no history of blacklisting.

Applications, with company profile, quality certificates, third-party ASTM compliance reports, list of completed/ongoing projects and other supporting documents, must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked "LISTING OF MANUFACTURERS OF RCC SEWERAGE PIPES WITH INNER HDPE LINING" by 2026-08-02 at 12:00 pm to PMDFC at House No. 184, Upper Mall Scheme, Lahore, Punjab.
