Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology: IT Equipment, Repairs, Surveillance, Generator POL & Furniture

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. Sealed bids are invited under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Bidders must have registration with relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan.

How to obtain documents and submit bids:

- Bidding documents, terms and conditions are available for download from the websites: Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), RIC website, and the Punjab e-Procurement portal. (refer to official portals for download)

- Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System according to the published schedule.

- Bid Security: 2% of estimated price as Bid Security (refundable) in the shape of CDR / Bank Guarantee payable to Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. All bidders must also submit Bid Security on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Notes: RIC will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation/submission of bids. In case of public holidays or non-working day at the time of opening, the next official working day will be observed as per the notice.
