NHA (West-Zone) e-Bids: Yaroo Bridge Construction & Bibi Nani Bridge Emergency Repair on N-65

National Highway Authority (NHA), West-Zone, Quetta invites e-bids from contractors who are registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026.

Bidding will follow Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure. Tender documents will be available free of cost for download from the NHA website from 2026-07-28. Prospective bidders should monitor the NHA website for the schedule and any addenda. Firms are advised to obtain FPADs/PPRA registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Manual/hard copy bids may be eliminated in future procurements.

Submission & opening: Complete e-bids must be submitted via the NHA e-bidding system and received at the office of Member (West-Zone), NHA Zonal Complex, Airport Road, Quetta by 2026-08-07 at 11:00 hours. Technical e-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
