Tender No. 010/2026 – HVAC/Mechanical Works for Building at Taxila

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified/enlisted and security-cleared Mechanical/HVAC contractors for HVAC/Mechanical works for a building at Taxila.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Tender documents available during working hours (0900 hrs to 1600 hrs) Monday to Friday from the undermentioned office in Islamabad. Issuance of tender documents closes one day before opening.

- Fixed bid security: Rs. 0.6 Million in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan. Bid security must have an expiry date at least 6 months from the date of the bid opening.

- Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope along with the tender, with name of work and company clearly marked on the envelope.

- Two copies of BOQ (one original and one photocopy) must be submitted; both must be sealed, pre-signed and stamped and the name of the work shall be clearly mentioned on the envelope.

- Rates should be quoted in figures and words in separate columns; in case of conflict between words and figures, words will prevail.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to check the reasonability and workability of quoted rates.
