Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-1 or above for the procurement of the work: "Traffic Management Solution at Kashmir Chowk, Murree Road, Islamabad."
Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope (Least Cost Based Selection/LCBS) procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and CDA regulations. Interested bidders must register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to obtain e-bidding documents and submit bids electronically.
