Islamabad Police Tender No.09 (FY 2026-27) – Procurement of Stationery Items

Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Logistics), Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of stationery items for Financial Year 2026-27 under Tender Notice No.09.

Eligibility & required documents: Registered firms holding valid and active National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) are invited to participate. Bidders must be regular in paying Sales Tax and Income Tax and included in the Active Tax Payers List of the FBR. Tender submissions should be accompanied by certified copies of firm registration, General Sales Tax registration, National Tax Number, and bank account details. Vendors should mention AGPR vendor number if based in Islamabad.

Bid security & method: Single Stage Two Envelope method will be applied; Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) will be used. Each bid must include prescribed Bid Security in an acceptable form (Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft) as specified in bidding documents. A bidding/selection process will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and PPRA guidelines.

Submission notes: Registration on EPADS version 2.0 is mandatory. Electronic bids must be prepared per the bidding documents and submitted only through EPADS v2.0 by the specified deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease required quantities as needed.
