Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids for hiring the services of event management firm(s) for FY 2026-27. ITB No. PEF/PROC/ADMIN/2026-27(01). Procurement will follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure under applicable PPR rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, etc.) and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (PEP) system.
