Issuer: Police Training School (PTS), Farooqabad. PTS Farooqabad invites e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the purchase/repair (goods, services & works) of multiple miscellaneous items under framework contracts from reputable, financially sound firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and relevant registration bodies.

Submission & opening:

• Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-06 — bids to be received by 11:00 AM (local time).
• Bid opening: 2026-08-06 at 11:30 AM (same day) at PTS, Farooqabad. If a public holiday falls on the date, the next working day will be considered.

Bid conditions and requirements:

• Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelopes as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
• Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank draft in favour of SP/Principal, PTS, Farooqabad. The submitted bid security will be returned after contract finalization except that the successful bidder’s security will be retained as per rules (a portion may be converted to performance guarantee).
• All bids must be sealed, signed, stamped and complete; incomplete/unsigned/unstamped bids or bids submitted by other than the specified mode will not be considered.
• The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules, 2014.
