Military Engineer Services (MES), Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders under Emergency works in light of PPRA Rule 42-c(v). Interested contractors meeting the eligibility criteria may obtain and submit tender documents as specified below.

| Eligibility / Qualifications | Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Contractors registered in categories 'A' and 'B' and having experience of this type of work are preferred. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors must provide attestation they are not involved in litigation and must produce Certificate of Court of Law and no special report from Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch QHQ) as outstanding against them. |
| Tender Document & Submission | Applications for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials shall be scrutinized; only scrutinized contractors will be issued tender documents. Tender documents must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 Hrs on 05 Aug 2026. |
| Tender Opening | Tenders will be opened at 1200 Hrs on 05 Aug 2026. |
| Procedure Notes | Contractors may be present at the time of opening of tenders. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules. |
