Tender: Purchase of Miscellaneous Items & Repair Works — Special Branch, Bahawalpur Region (FY 2026-2027)

Issuing authority: Special Branch, Bahawalpur Region, Bahawalpur (Superintendent of Police: Bakhtiar Ahmad).

Purpose: Electronic tender (e-bidding) for purchase of goods, repair/services of miscellaneous items and repair of other/residential buildings for Financial Year 2026-2027 under Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations.

Key conditions and submission instructions:

• Submission method: All procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids submitted through the online portal only will be accepted.
• Eligibility: Bidders (firms, companies, suppliers or contractors) must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax, as applicable).
• Bid security: Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the approved forms (CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order from a scheduled bank) and enclosed in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title, to be submitted before the e-bid submission deadline, in accordance with Rule 27 of the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014.
• Performance guarantee: Successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value as per Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014.
• Procurement procedure: The process will follow relevant Punjab Procurement Rules and the Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations; the tender uses the Single Stage "Two Envelope" procedure where applicable.
• Opening: E-bids will be opened on the date shown; bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening as per rules.
• Responsibility: It is the bidder's responsibility to upload the bid on the e-procurement portal by the stated deadline. Special Branch, Bahawalpur Region will not be responsible for portal issues.
