Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited (PTC) invites Letters of Intent from specialized, reputed and financially sound suppliers for supply of catering/food services for the period 2026–2029. Interested parties must submit required documents and evidence of eligibility by the deadline.

Submission requirements & documents: Letter of Intent bearing tender number Y26/RQC/CS/03 together with company profile, legal status (Ownership, Company, Partnership, etc.), registration/incorporation documents, memorandum & articles, audited accounts and financial statements for the last 3 years, bank confirmation regarding financial soundness, tax returns for last 3 years, NTN/GST/EOBI/ESSI registration certificates, list of similar projects/experience with reference certificates for the last 5 years, list of equipment and staff, and any other documents specified.
Eligibility highlights: Relevant experience working with multinational firms/companies, registered status (e.g., partnership or private limited), reliable staff with no criminal record, compliance with applicable labor laws and Pakistan regulations, adherence to Health & Safety and Supplier Code of Conduct.
