Tender: Supply of 15 kW UPS Hybrid Inverters and 16 kW Lithium Batteries (RFQ-2526-00259-L) - Institute of Space Technology

Institute of Space Technology (IST) Islamabad invites sealed bids from original manufacturers / authorized distributors / suppliers / contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of backup power equipment. Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, procurement procedure, bid security, bid validity, opening of bids, evaluation criteria and clarification/rejection of bids are available for interested bidders from the Procurement Department, Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad and can also be downloaded from IST website.

How to apply: Submit sealed bids to the Procurement Department, Institute of Space Technology, Near Rawat Toll Plaza, Main Islamabad Highway, Islamabad. Bids must reach before the closing time of 11:30 AM on the submission date. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Bidding documents are available on the IST website (www.ist.edu.pk) and the notice is also published on PPRA website and E-PADs 2.0. Bidders must comply with the requirements stated in the bidding documents (including bid security and registration with tax authorities).
