Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training invites sealed proposals from well-reputed service providers/firms for pre-qualification as Event Management Service providers for FDE under an Open Framework Contract. Eligible firms must have an office setup based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad and be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments.
