MEPCO Tender: Annual Contract for Recycling HT/LT Damaged Winding Scrap (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) – Office of the Director (Procurement), Distribution MEPCO Limited, MEPCO Complex, Khanewal Road, Multan.

Purpose: Invitation for e-bids for the annual contract to recycle HT/LT mixed damaged transformer/induction winding scrap into paper-covered copper strips and new enamel copper wire of different sizes for MEPCO reclamation workshops for FY 2026-27. Bidding will follow Single Stage, One Envelope procedure under PPRA rules (amended-to-date). Electronic bids only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security (original) in the prescribed form (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan) must be submitted as required. Electronic bids will be opened after the submission deadline times.

Important notes: Bidding documents are available on the e-procurement platform (EPADS). Conditional and late bids will not be accepted. Each package specifies WAPDA/NTDC or WAPDA/NTDC/NTDC specifications as noted.
