How to apply & key conditions:
- Only e-bids via the E-PADS portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) will be accepted; bidders must register on E-PADS.
- National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted. Tender Nos. follow Single Stage Two Envelope or Single Stage Single Envelope procedures as applicable and in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
- The prospective bidder shall submit bid security in the name of Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited, Abbottabad as mentioned in the bidding documents. The original bid security must be delivered to Room No. 209, Office of Manager (SCM) HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before bid closing time. A scanned copy of the bid security must also be uploaded with the e-Bid on E-PADS; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive.
- Bid validity: 60 days from date of opening. Bid security must be valid 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
- Bids having conditional bids, partial, incomplete documents or non-submission of original bid security shall be rejected.
- HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
