Key Instructions:
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be submitted in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty.
- Bids submitted must be unconditional; conditional or incomplete bids shall be rejected. Bidding will follow Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules.
- Bidders must register and submit proposals on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents and schedule of requirements can also be downloaded from the PPRA Punjab website (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).
- For any clarification or information, prospective bidders may contact the Procuring Agency through e-Procurement or in writing not later than 07 days prior to the submission deadline.
