RFP: Detailed Design & Resident Supervision of Civil Works — Saindak Metals Limited

Saindak Metals Limited invites technical and financial proposals from consultancy firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), FBR and relevant revenue authority (BRA) and appearing on FBR's Active Taxpayers List for detailed design and resident supervision of civil works for development projects. Consultants will be selected using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method under PPRA Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010, via the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure.

RFP documents are available on EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk), PPRA's e-Procurement Management System and SML's website. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS on or before 2026-08-04 at 14:00 hrs. Bids will be opened on EPADS on 2026-08-04 at 14:30 hrs and thereafter publicly at SML Head Office, Gul Bagh, Samangli Road, Quetta.
