The Export Development Fund (EDF), Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will lead EDF’s transformation into an efficient, professionally governed, corporate-style organization and maximize the Fund’s strategic impact on national export growth. Pakistani nationals with the required qualifications and senior leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

| Minimum Qualifications | Degree equivalent to sixteen (16) years of education or higher from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institute in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Public Policy, Law, Social Sciences, or related fields. |
| Experience | At least 10 years of progressively senior experience in reputable national/international organizations, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role with demonstrated leadership in one or more of: institutional transformation; large-scale program/operations management; export promotion; trade facilitation; export-oriented industry; entrepreneurship & enterprise development; or commercial P&L leadership. |

| Tenure & Terms | Three (3) year tenure on a market-based, performance-linked remuneration package; appointment on a performance-based contract approved by the Board. CEO reports to the Chairman of the EDF Board. Appointment in line with State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023 and CMU C-Level Appointments Guidelines, 2024. |
