Public Sector Organization (Balochistan) invites applications for the post of Director Monitoring & Evaluation. | Qualifications & Experience | Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Sciences, Finance, Public Policy, Project Management or related field. Minimum 12 years relevant post-qualification experience including at least 7 years in a leadership role, preferably in multi-sectoral projects or project development & execution. |
| Required Skills | Strong knowledge of M&E frameworks, financial analysis, project evaluation and impact analysis; experience in developing RFPs, project lifecycle monitoring, dashboards, and digital monitoring systems. |
