Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for public-private partnership (lease) of prime Pakistan Railways land on an annual rent/commitment-fee model. Purpose: mix-use commercial development including shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, IT parks, hotels, hospitals/healthcare, dealerships, retail and food outlets.
Key details:
- Lease term: 21 years (extendable for another 21 years)
- Annual increase in rent: 8% (compound)
- Mobilization period: 24 months from date of possession
- Building construction: as per local construction bye-laws
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-28 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (also via Zoom)
- Submission of bids (Deadline): on or before 2026-08-11 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office
