Issuing Authority: Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mufti Mehmood Memorial Teaching Hospital, Dera Ismail Khan (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). Invitation to submit sealed tenders under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (KP-PPRA Rules 2014) for procurement, acquisition and disposal (EPADS) of medical equipment and local purchase for FY 2025-26.

Submission & Registration: Tender documents can be downloaded and bids submitted via the EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) after publication. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS and obtain a unique username/password. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.

Pre-Bid Meeting: Will be held on 2026-07-31 at 10:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Administration Block, MTI Mufti Mehmood Memorial Teaching Hospital, D.I. Khan. Queries related to bidding documents will be addressed at the meeting.

Bid Security & Submission Notes: Upload scanned copies of bid security and mandatory documents on EPADS. Original physical bid security (Call Deposit Receipt) must be submitted to the Procuring Entity in the name of MTI Mufti Mehmood Memorial Teaching Hospital D.I. Khan. Bids received by hand, post, courier, email or fax will NOT be accepted. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids per KP-PPRA Rules 2014.
