Tender Notice — Services Department Gilgit-Baltistan (Supply/Repair & Office Items) — Closing 2026-08-06

Services Department, Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from authorized distributors/suppliers/well-reputed firms for supply/repair and other miscellaneous office items for the Financial Year 2026-27. Sealed bids must be submitted as per the schedule below and in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions.

Key Terms & Instructions:

- Earnest money must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Deputy Secretary (Services), GB. The CDR must be issued in the name of the bidding firm/company/shop. Ambiguous or improperly issued CDRs will not be accepted.

- An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of PKR 100/- affirming that the bidder has never been blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Organization, or PPRA must be submitted with the tender.

- Only firms/contractors having a minimum of five (05) years' relevant experience will be eligible. Documentary evidence including supply orders, completion certificates, experience certificates or other relevant proof must be attached with the tender documents.

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Gilgit-Baltistan Public Procurement Rules (GBPPRA Rules). Evaluation will follow the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure with a 50:50 weighting for Technical and Financial proposals.

- Tender documents containing evaluation criteria, items, work and specification may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Sealed tenders must reach the undersigned by the specified dates and times; tenders will be opened on the same day in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
