Lady Reading Hospital - Medical Teaching Institution, Peshawar invites applications for the post of Manager Security on a contract basis.

Post Qualification & Experience Key Responsibilities
Manager Security Retired Army Officer, not less than the rank of Major / Lt. Col., preferably from a fighting arm. Relevant security management experience in large institutions desirable.
  • Manage operations and development of institutional security services.
  • Maintain a safe and secure physical environment for staff, patients and visitors.
  • Assess and evaluate potential security risks to the hospital and take appropriate precautionary measures.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and SOPs to realize the overall security management plan.
  • Control unnecessary flow of patients, attendants and visitors.
  • Monitor security incidents and maintain internal reporting systems; analyze reports for preventive measures.
  • Coordinate security arrangements with hospital administration and external agencies as required.
  • Develop and implement safety and evacuation plans for emergencies.
  • Perform any other security-related responsibilities assigned by the authority.
