Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operations and development of institutional security services.
  • Maintain a safe and secure physical environment for staff, patients and installations.
  • Evaluate potential commercial/security risks in the hospital and take appropriate precautions.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures and SOPs to ensure overall security management.
  • Control unnecessary inflow of patients, attendants and visitors; monitor and maintain incident reporting and analysis for precautionary measures.
  • Prepare and implement safety and evacuation plans in case of emergency.
